Code of conduct
The Golden Oyster is a unique variety originating from Asia, characterized by caps 5–12 cm in diameter and thin, short stems. Its fruiting bodies stand out for their color – from delicate light yellow to intense golden yellow, making it one of the most striking oyster mushroom varieties.
Flavor and culinary use
Golden Oyster has a delicate sweet flavor and a light citrus aroma. Some people also notice notes of tropical fruit or lemongrass, making it perfect for Asian cuisine. It works well in stir-fries, salads, soups, and as an interesting addition to main courses, giving them a special character.
Growing – easy and fun
The optimal growing temperature for Golden Oyster is 18–30 °C. This variety is slightly more sensitive to external factors and needs a bit more time to form fruiting bodies, but its unique appearance is worth the wait.
The first harvest usually yields 300–500 g of mushrooms, and you can get 2–3 harvests in total. Mushrooms are tastiest when freshly picked, but they can be kept in the fridge for a few days.

The kit includes everything you need to enjoy fresh home-grown mushrooms: a growing box and a spray bottle. It offers the joy of your own harvest while serving as a beautiful kitchen decor element and a great gift idea for foodies.
